Bishop Nehru has announced his forthcoming LP, Nehruvia: My Disregarded Thoughts, with a video for album cut, “Too Lost.”

In the clip, different versions of the rapper—including a ghostly specter and one in a mirror universe—confront each other while on board a train. “Too lost all of the time, In my thoughts, I’m just tryna get by, yeah,” Nehru raps over melodic piano chords provided by DJ Premier, who produced the track.

“As far as the video goes, I wanted to show people just a nice story of the song. Hopefully people can figure it out but it’s me talking to two versions of myself,” Nehru told the FADER. “If you listen to the lyrics you can hear which versions, but that was the main motivation for the visual. It’s mainly about being in your head and reflecting in your thoughts.”

Nehruvia: My Disregarded Thoughts was initially scheduled for release last November. The rapper eventually decided to delay the project, although no official reason was given.

The project is now expected to arrive May 8. While you wait for it to drop, watch the video for “Too Lost” below:
