Tyler, the Creator shares two new songs

Listen to “Best Interest” and “Group B” here.

Tyler, the Creator has dropped off two fresh tracks, “Best Interest” and “Group B.” The former arrived alongside a short video.

Directed by Wyatt Navarro, the accompanying clip follows Tyler steering a boat through the swamp, lip-syncing to the music. “I’m a third wheeler / I’m a side better / I’m a homewrecker / Give it up / But I’ll keep it in your best interest,” he raps. In the video’s YouTube description, Tyler said that “Best Interest” was a draft from his IGOR sessions that he “never got to fully finish.” “Didn’t want it to sit on a hard drive,” he added.

Meanwhile, “Group B” is a loosie Tyler produced recently and “has nothing to do with IGOR,” he wrote on Twitter. Over a soulful sample, the rapper spits hard-hitting lines that reference Gilligan’s Island, Swedish environmental activist Greta Thunberg and his recent Grammy nomination for IGOR.
