Turn up to J Balvin, Skrillex’s new single, “In Da Getto”

Built around the ’90s dance hit “In De Ghetto.”

J Balvin has teamed up with Skrillex to release his latest club-ready single, “In Da Getto.”

The track, which is built around a sample of David Morales and the Bad Yard Club’s “In De Ghetto” and features its original singer Crystal Waters on the chorus, also arrived with a vibrant music video, directed by Alfred Marroquín.

In the clip, Balvin goes out for a night of dancing and partying—a natural fit for the Tainy co-produced song. The rapper hops from one dance floor to the next, while viral Instagram dancer Mufasa and TikTok star Khaby Lame, who’s also on the song’s cover art, make cameos.

“In Da Getto” follows Balvin’s previous tracks “Que Mas Pues?,” “Otro Fili” and his “AM Remix.” He released his most recent album, Colores, last year and dropped his joint project with Bad Bunny, Oasis, in 2019. Skrillex has been sharing new songs lately, too, with “Too Bizarre” featuring Swae Lee and Siiickbrain and “Butterflies” with Four Tet and Starrah.
