Trap Manny drops new EP, ‘In Trap We Trust’

It includes his 2019 collaboration with the late Pop Smoke.

Trap Manny has unveiled his brand-new EP, In Trap We Trust.

Included on the eight-track project is “50k,” Manny’s collaboration with the late Pop Smoke. It was originally released in 2019, prior to Pop’s tragic passing. “He was special man,” Manny said in an interview with Dirty Glove Bastard. “He was definitely talented. He had a very special voice. The way he raps is very unorthodox but catchy at the same time.”

Another unexpected collaboration on the record is “Mine” featuring Rubi Rose. According to Manny, he first became a fan of Rose after listening to her 2019 hit “Big Mouth.” “She dope,” the rapper gushed to DGB. “I fuck with her and I fuck with that song.”

Meanwhile, A Boogie wit da Hoodie appears on two songs on the project: “Vroom Vroom” and “Sheesh.” On the latter, Manny and Boogie get cocky with bars like, “I’m too elite / I got the shotty, right under the fleece” and “All of my diamonds VV’s /
I like my bitches in threes.”
