Swae Lee shares trippy video for “Reality Check”

From his forthcoming album, ‘Human Nature.’

Swae Lee has shared a video for his new single, “Reality Check,” off his forthcoming solo album, Human Nature.

The clip features shots of Swae getting his hair done while stuck in a claustrophobic room of mirrors. It’s combined with fantastical edits and woozy effects. “Who needs a reality check? I got a check in reality / I gotta check on my ex to make sure she ain’t doin’ better than me / Ridin’ the cars, spread the wings,” he spits on the chorus. The visual also incorporates footage from the ongoing Black Lives Matter protests, one of which Swae recently attended in Miami.

Prior to releasing “Reality Check,” the Rae Sremmurd member dropped the single “Someone Said,” and teamed up with Chloe x Halle on “Catch Up,” from their new album Unholy Hour.
