Swae Lee drops two new songs, including a Drake collab

Listen to “Won’t Be Late” and “Sextasy” now.

On Friday, Swae Lee dropped not one but two songs: “Won’t Be Late,” featuring Drake, and “Sextasy.”

The former track, which was co-produced by Mike Will Made-It and Tekno, is a sultry, house- and Afrobeat-tinged bop suited for wee hours of the morning in the club. The latter is a slow jam that keeps things steamy, further allowing Swae to make his case as one of hip hop’s most compelling crooners.

Swae had to quash rumors he was leaving Rae Sremmurd in January, but didn’t indicate that meant he was putting the brakes on his solo career. These new songs only heighten anticipation for his next solo album, whenever it lands. Listen to them below.
