Skepta drops metro-centric MV for “Bullet from a Gun”

From his upcoming album, ‘Ignorance is Bliss.’

UK grime aficionado Skepta has shared the visual for his latest single, “Bullet from a Gun.”

In the clip directed by Duncan Loudon and Skepta himself, the rapper sits beside a stroller in the London tube train station at Camden Town as people from all walks of life pass him by. In the rag-tag group of passersby are a couple, a duo who get into trouble with the cops, and a mom and her kid lugging back groceries. On the introspective album cut, Skeppy spits lyrics like: “Don’t matter how much money you earn / Your n***as said 4L / But the shit got real and you weren’t concerned / The same old story, the world spins round and round, fam / Lessons have to get learned.”

“Bullet from a Gun” is the latest single from the North London emcee to receive the visual treatment. Skepta’s album, Ignorance is Bliss, arrives this Friday. Watch his new video below:
