Santana Fox has enlisted Boldy James for her new single, “The Chase.”
Fox—who is the daughter of the late Mobb Deep frontman Prodigy—delivers sultry on the laid-back track over production by The Alchemist, while Boldy handles the track’s chorus. In an accompanying clip, Fox and Boldy hang around Los Angeles and grab a bite to eat.
“My flow’s way stronger than the frequencies you ever endured / But what’s the rush, show me off, the baddest chick in the club / Just by the way my body been movin’ across this room these n***as know they standing in the true presence of greatness” Fox spits.
“The Chase” follows Fox’s last release, the 2020 single “Witch House.” Last year, she also released her quarantine-themed visual for “Mystique,” as well as loosies “Goin’ Ghost” and “Skybound.”
On the other hand, Boldy James’ most recent project was Real Bad Boldy, a collaboration with Real Bad Man and Boldy’s fourth release of 2020.
