Rick Ross drops final ‘Port of Miami 2’ single, “Turnpike Ike”

His much-anticipated album drops tomorrow.

Rick Ross has released “Turnpike Ike,” the final single before his Port of Miami 2 LP arrives tomorrow.

The track is one of a handful of songs from the forthcoming album that doesn’t feature a guest artist. Produced by Jake One, “Turnpike Ike” features Ross rapping about his career over a lush soundscape of piano keys and groovy basslines. “Rags to richest, now I move with beautiful women / Newfound, new beginning, one day dada I grew to be winning / If you looking for me catch me on the turnpike / And when you see me, I’mma show what this work like,” he raps.

Prior to “Turnpike Ike,” Ross dropped the Wale-assisted “Act a Fool” and “Gold Roses” with Drake. All three tracks will be included on Port of Miami 2, alongside “Big Tyme,” featuring Swizz Beatz.
