A posthumous song by Philadelphia rapper Chynna, titled “stupkid,” has been released.
The two-minute track, produced by Kashaka, is the first Chynna song released since she passed away in April of an accidental drug overdose. The drop of “stupkid” marks what would have been her 26th birthday.
“The song depicts the spirited, magnetic, and selfless energy that Chynna embodied as a person and as a musician,” an Instagram statement from her family and team read. “We look forward to sharing more music with you all soon.”
“stupkid,” which revolves around Chynna’s nonchalant bars, is the latest material of hers released since her 2019 album In Case I Die First. Hear it below:
