Pop Smoke, Quavo’s “Aim for the Moon” MV is a Biggie homage

A video for Pop Smoke’s posthumous collaboration with Quavo, “Aim for the Moon,” has been released.

The Oliver Cannon-directed clip pays homage to The Notorious BIG’s iconic visual for “Sky’s the Limit.” It stars teen rapper Bouba Savage, who plays the late Pop. In the clip, the 14-year-old enjoys his success as he drives a luxury car, sips champagne by the pool and gives orders to his butler. Savage is later joined by another teenager—who represents Quavo—and they run through an exquisite mansion, joyfully throwing cash in the air.

“Aim for the Moon” is the latest song from Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon to get the visual treatment, following videos for the remix of “Diana” and “Make it Rain.” A deluxe edition of Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon was also released in July.
