Polo G takes on viral hits in “For My Fans (Freestyle)”

Including SpotemGottem’s “BeatBox” and CJ’s “Whoopty.”

Polo G has returned with a brand-new freestyle called “For My Fans.”

On the four-minute track, the Chicago rapper tackles three viral hits: SpotemGottem’s “BeatBox,” CJ’s “Whoopty” and Coi Leray’s “No More Parties.” He shows off his versatility on the freestyle, with aggressive verses on “BeatBox” and a crack at drill on “Whoopty.” For his take on “No More Parties,” Polo switches to a more melodic rap style with the help of AutoTune.

In the accompanying Ryan Lynch-directed music video, Polo travels to the three cities where the songs were originally created: South Beach for “BeatBox,” Brooklyn for “Whoopty” and finally Atlanta for “No More Parties.”

“For My Fans (Freestyle)” follows Polo’s collaboration with Lil Tjay and Fivio Foreign, “Headshot.” The rapper is also preparing to drop his third studio album, Hall of Fame. Although a release date has yet to be announced, he teased that the project is “coming sooner than you think” on Instagram.
