Polo G raps from a basketball court for NPR’s ‘Tiny Desk Concert’

Featuring songs from ‘The Goat.’

Polo G hit the court for his performance for NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert series.

The rapper showed his love for basketball—more specifically, for the Los Angeles Lakers—by performing from an outdoor court in California. The rapper also donned the jersey number of famed Laker basketball player Magic Johnson, alongside his four-piece band, all of whom also wore Lakers attire.

Polo kicked off his three-song set with a soulful rendition of “Flex,” which originally featured the late Juice WRLD, a cut from his recent album The Goat. The 21-year-old later segued into a passionate performance of “Epidemic.”
