Noname makes her solo TV debut on ‘Colbert’

She performed a medley of three songs from ‘Room 25.’

Yesterday, Noname performed a medley of three songs from her latest album Room 25 on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

This was the Chicago rapper’s first time performing solo on television, though she did take the SNL stage in 2016 when her friend and longtime collaborator Chance the Rapper had her on to perform “Finish Line/Drown” with him.

During last night’s performance, Noname was wide-eyed and excitable, radiating nervous energy as she rapped “Blaxploitation,” “Prayer Song” and her favorite song off the album, “Don’t Forget About Me.”
