A grand jury has indicted the man who allegedly killed Nipsey Hussle, TMZ reports.

Eric Holder, who previously pleaded not guilty to the four crimes he is charged with, including a single count of murder and one count of firearm possession, is being hit with additional charges. He now faces two extra counts of assault with a firearm on the victims injured at the scene of the March 31 attack on Hussle.

According to TMZ, new witness statements have also been presented to the prosecutors in Holder’s case. As per the celebrity news outlet, two women have recently come forward to accuse Holder of assault on their male friend, who claims to be Holder’s neighbor. Holder allegedly “pistol-whipped [the] guy over a drug deal gone wrong” an hour before he killed Hussle.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office confirm that Holder currently remains in custody on a $6.53 million bail. He could face a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted. Holder is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing on June 18.
