Navy Blue releases debut album ‘Àdá Irin’

The 11-track project has arrived.

Los Angeles rapper Navy Blue—aka pro-skateboarder Sage Elsesser—has dropped his debut album, Àdá Irin.

Elsesser goes at it on his own throughout the 11-track LP, with the exception of “In Good Hands,” which features a contribution from Brooklyn rapper Ka. The full-length was produced by Navy Blue, alongside Preservation and Rago Foot. “These songs are everything to me. Please take your time with it,” he tweeted when the record was released.

The 23-year-old rapper first emerged on the LA rap scene in 2015 with his According to the Waterbearer EP. Since then, he’s collaborated with Earl Sweatshirt and Frank Ocean on “The Mint” and “Interviews,” respectively.
