Moneybagg Yo drops video for “Time Today”

The rapper’s first release of the year.

Moneybagg Yo has shared a video for his first new single of the year, “Time Today.”

In the clip, the Memphis rappers hosts a press conference where he speaks out against his haters and vicious online comments. Thereafter, he takes a trip to a tropical island and spends time with the ladies. “I just looked at my wrist, I got time today / Fuck it, I’m crossin’ the line today / The hate be so real, the love be fake / Be bumpin’ they gums and bumpin my tape,” he spits.

Elsewhere in the visual, Moneybagg also dresses up like William Dent, a character from the 2000s UPN series Girlfriends that was played by Reggie Hayes, in a nod to fans’ suggestions that they look alike.
