Migos tap YoungBoy Never Broke Again for “Need it”

It samples “Get in My Car” by 50 Cent.

Migos have recruited YoungBoy Never Broke Again for their latest release, “Need it.”

The track, produced by Buddah Bless, opens with Offset and Youngboy delivering an infectious chorus that samples 50 Cent’s 2005 song “Get in My Car.” “There go them people, you know what it is / Go put the dope up ’fore they breach us / Before they breach us / I’mma get out this bitch and I’m strikin’, I’m throwin’ my heater,” they spit.

Later in the track, Takeoff and Quavo trade bars on a braggadocious verse about their diamonds and riches: “From the bando to bandit, we makin’ it happen / I like a bitch bougie but keep me a ratchet / Winning’s fantastic, Cartiers straight out the plastic / Diamonds in all of my glasses.”

“Need it” arrives shortly after Migos rapper Quavo teased the trio’s forthcoming quarantine mixtape and their highly anticipated next album, Culture III. The single follows previous releases “Taco Tuesday” and “Racks 2 Skinny.”
