Migos release music video for new single, “Straightenin”

A taste of the Atlanta trio’s hotly anticipated album, ‘Culture III’.

Migos have dropped a video for “Straightenin,” the new single off the group’s hotly anticipated album, Culture III.

On the track, the Atlanta trio take turns spitting bars over a booming trap beat. “Get my straightenin’ / Automatic handgun like the Navy / I keep a hundred round drum I ain’t fading / Turn a n***a to a mummy with the payment,” Offset raps.

In the accompanying music video, Migos party with their friends, drive colorful, expensive cars and flex large wads of money.

Migos indicated “Straightenin” was a song from Culture III when announcing the track earlier this week. In January, the group teased the album with a behind-the-scenes video on Instagram titled “The Process of 3.” Earlier this month, they appeared alongside HER on DJ Khaled track “We Going Crazy,” and last August dropped a music video for “Need It,” featuring YoungBoy Never Broke Again.

Last July, Migos filed a complaint against their longtime attorney for professional malpractice, while Takeoff was later sued by a woman accusing him of sexual assault.
