Megan Thee Stallion goes off on “Girls in the Hood”

Her answer to Eazy-E’s “Boyz-n-the-Hood.”

Megan Thee Stallion has returned with a hard-hitting new single, “Girls in the Hood.”

Meg’s new track, produced by hitmaker Scott Storch and Eminem collaborator IllaDaProducer, samples Eazy-E’s debut single “Boyz-n-the-Hood.” It’s not her first time flipping a rap classic: “BITCH,” from her recent EP Suga, sampled Tupac’s “Ratha Be Ya N***a.”

Megan lets loose on her haters on the fiery new song, sneering on the chant-worthy hook: “I’m a hot girl / I do hot shit / Spend his income / On my outfit / I don’t text quick / ’Cause I ain’t thirsty / These bitches mad mad / They wanna hurt me.”

“Girls in the Hood” comes a few months after Meg blew up the internet with a remix of her song “Savage” that featured none other than Beyoncé. She’s also collaborated recently with Tyga and Young Dolph.
