Machine Gun Kelly, G-Eazy end beef thanks to… Eminem

Slim Shady was apparently the “mastermind behind the make-up.”

Machine Gun Kelly and G-Eazy have apparently called a truce—and they’ve only got Eminem to thank for their reconciliation.

Last Saturday, G-Eazy invited Kelly onstage to perform the latter’s song “Loco” at the opening night of KAOS Nightclub in Las Vegas. The pair reportedly met backstage beforehand to make amends, and later took to social media to confirm their newfound friendship, which Young Gerald described as a “legendary” and “special” moment.

According to HollywoodLife’s sources, Eminem was apparently the one who encouraged Kelly and G-Eazy to set aside their differences. “Eminem told them their beef should be squashed and was the mastermind behind the make-up,” the sources claimed. “[Kelly and G-Eazy] are both so thankful that Eminem got involved to help and realized the whole thing was silly in the first place.”

Over the course of 2018, Kelly and G-Eazy traded several diss tracks, many of which involved pop star Halsey, whom both rappers had previously been romantically linked.

However, it looks like everything—including MGK’s ongoing feud with Slim Shady, it seems—has been put to rest.
