Machine Gun Kelly drops “Love Race” MV with Sleeping With Sirens’ Kellin Quinn

A fun homage to ‘Friday the 13th.’

Machine Gun Kelly, Sleeping With Sirens’ Kellin Quinn, and Travis Barker have dropped a music video for their pop punk collab “Love Race.”

The song is a pop punk anthem that recalls high school memories. “God was a girl / The devil wore a T-shirt / Love is a game and they were kissing in the bleachers,” MGK and Quinn sing together on the song’s soaring bridge as Barker holds it down with propulsive drum work.

The music video pays homage to the classic horror thriller Friday the 13th, taking place at a summer camp in the woods where a masked killer is on the loose. MGK, Quinn, and Barker rock out in between scenes of the camp’s attendees—played by popular influencers such as Alissa Violet, Xowie and Noah Beck—getting methodically murdered in classic over-the-top slasher movie fashion.

In other MGK news, the rapper-turned-rocker recently covered Edwyn Collins’ “A Girl Like You” with Barker on the drums, and released a music video for “Daywalker!” featuring CORPSE.
