Logic collabs with 21 musicians on new song, “Do What You Love”

The outcome of a successful internet experiment.

Last year, Logic put out a call on collaborative media platform HITRECORD and invited the world to collaborate on a song with him. Now, that invitation has borne fruit: A few days ago, the rapper released “Do What You Love,” a collaboration with 21 musicians from all over the world.

The 21 creatives contributed various instrumentation and verses—both rapped and sung—to the song. The shoot for the accompanying video—which also stars actor and HITRECORD boss Joseph Gordon-Levitt—was the first time the group met in person.

The video arrived with a 50-minute YouTube special called “Band Together With Logic,” executive produced by Gordon-Levitt, which documented the process of making “Do What You Love.”
