Yung Baby Tate has released her new EP, After the Rain.
The seven-track project was released via Issa Rae’s record label, Raedio, and features collaborations with 6LACK and Flo Milli. The EP also includes the previously released song, “Rainbow Cadillac,” which was given a visual treatment in November.
“I want people to feel good about themselves. This year has been pretty rough for a lot of us and, at times, it can be very bleak,” Tate said in a press release. “At the end of every storm, the rainbow comes back out, and this project is me becoming that musical rainbow again to remind people it’s gonna be alright.”
After the Rain is the Georgia rapper’s first project since her 2019 debut album, Girls, and its deluxe edition. That album featured appearances from Mulatto, BbyMutha, Baby Rose, Kari Faux and more.
