Lil Durk, Pooh Shiesty share hyped-up video for “Should’ve Ducked”

The cut from ‘The Voice (Deluxe)’ gets a visual treatment.

After his Lil Durk-assisted hit “Back in Blood” reached viral success, Pooh Shiesty returned the favor by appearing on “Should’ve Ducked” from Durk’s deluxe edition of The Voice. Now, the two rappers have shared a new video for the track.

In the clip directed by Jerry Production, Durk and Shiesty take to Memphis’ dimly lit streets to show off their jewelry and cash, while delivering verbal warnings to their enemies.

“Ain’t gon’ lie, the city hot with strikers, they don’t last / When you pop in with your killers, you better check your gas / We don’t party on other blocks, they fuck with other opps / Then come ’round like you gang, that got your brother shot,” Durk spits.

The track—which features production by Prod. By Mo, NOM, DJ FMCT and DJ Bandz—was one of several hits on the deluxe version of Durk’s 2020 album, The Voice. The extended edition, which arrived in January, added 12 new songs including “Should’ve Ducked” and a collaboration with Lil Baby.
