Lil Duke connects with HoodyBaby on “Beat it”

Produced by DJ Cash.

Lil Duke has teamed up with HoodyBaby for a brand-new song, “Beat it.”

The collaboration has nothing to do with the late King of Pop Michael Jackson. Instead, it focuses on the rappers lashing out at their haters and bragging about their mic skills over a rattling, synth-driven beat produced by DJ Cash. “Nah, I ain’t playing no games / Fuck you, I ain’t saying no names / And fuck you too bitch, shit ain’t change / How a bunch of weirdo hoes calling me lame?” Duke spits.

“Beat it” is the latest in a string of singles from the YSL Records rapper, following “Nobody on E” and “So Different.” The songs are expected to appear on Duke’s forthcoming album, Talkin That Shit, out sometime later this year. His last album, Blue Devil 2, arrived in 2017.
