Lil Baby and producer Danny Wolf have shared a visual for their new collaboration, “Slidin.”
The Atlanta-based duo complement one another, with Wolf’s knocking trap instrumental matching Baby’s woozy verses well. The single goes to the next level with a trippy visual directed by Cameron Nichols, which makes extensive use of Takashi Murakami’s iconic smiling flower design.
“I keep switchin’ up my changes, know I got a lot of shit / Boy, I’ve been a time in my game up, I got a lot to say,” Baby spits. “I know bro them gon’ ride for mе, that’s why I’m dyin’ with ’em / I turned up all my young n***as like comе and sign with me / Ain’t gon’ never get up and walk away, I got too much time in it.”
The “Slidin” visual arrives just a day after Lil Baby appeared in the video for “Body in Motion,” his collab with DJ Khaled, Bryson Tiller and Roddy Ricch which landed on the mega-producer’s Khaled Khaled album. Last month, Baby dropped a remix of “On Me” featuring Megan Thee Stallion.
