Kota the Friend has released the second volume of his Lyrics to Go mixtape series.
The ten-track project features production from beatmakers such as Andre Mariette and GC, and marks the Brooklyn rapper’s first release of the new year. “I’m not running from my greatness in 2021 and beyond,” he tweeted prior to the mixtape’s release. “We coming for everything.”
Kota kicked off his Lyrics to Go series in 2020 with Vol 1. Last year, he also released loosies such as “Dragon” and “Monday,” as well as his third studio album Everything.
