Despite the delay of his album Welcome to O’Block, King Von is continuing to drop new songs for his fans with the single “I am What I am,” featuring Fivio Foreign.
The drill song dropped alongside a flashy video that captures the two rappers showing off their stacks of cash and jewelry while surrounded by their posse. “I am what I am, what I’m not, see I never be / N***as woofin’ up until we meet / Catch him lackin’, put him on TV / And if I should die, I’m boostin’ the murder rate / My n***as gon’ slide every day,” Von spits.
“I am What I am” will appear on Welcome to O’Block, which is due out October 30 via Only the Family/Empire. The album follows his last two mixtapes, LeVon James and Grandson Vol 1. For Fivio, this is the latest in a run of collaborations, including songs with Nas and A$AP Ferg, Polo G and Young MA.
