Kash Doll, Big Sean drop racing-themed “Ready Set” MV

Teyana Taylor served as the creative director.

Detroit natives Kash Doll and Big Sean have dropped a video for their summer single, “Ready Set.”

In the video, the rappers perform the bouncy track on a racetrack as cars drift around them. The duo also take a spin behind the wheel, racing each other in retro whips. Chicago rapper Dreezy and R&B singer Sevyn Streeter also make cameos in the video, posing as Kash’s posse. The clip was directed by Jesse Ray Diamond with Teyana Taylor acting as creative director.

“‘Ready Set’ is a motivational and aspirational song,” Kash Doll said in a press statement. “I wanted to let people know if I can make it, despite the things I’ve been through, they can do it too.”

“Ready Set” is one of several loosies released by Kash this year. Other singles include “Hustla” and the Lil Wayne-assisted “Kitten.”
