For the second time this year, Kanye West has postponed the drop of his forthcoming record, Yandhi.
Following his performance at Camp Flog Gnaw with Kid Cudi as Kids See Ghosts, the rapper and producer announced the delay on Twitter.
“After performing again, I realize the new album I’ve been working on isn’t ready yet,” he tweeted. “I’ll announce the release date once it’s done. Thank you for understanding.”
Previously slated for a September release, the record had been pushed to November 23, before this second delay.
If Yandhi drops this year, it’ll be West’s third album of 2018, following Ye and the eponymous Kids See Ghosts record. It’s expected to feature a number of artists, including Nicki Minaj, Ty Dolla $ign and, controversially, Tekashi 6ix9ine and XXXTentacion.
