Jaden Smith shares new single, “Bye”

The track previews ‘CTV3: Day Trippers Edition.’

Jaden Smith has shared a summery new single called “Bye.”

The Lido-produced track, which finds the 22-year-old star crooning about a past romance, is set to arrive on his upcoming project, CTV3: Day Trippers Edition. The effort is the follow-up to Jaden’s 2020 project, CTV3: Cool Tape Vol 3, which featured Justin Bieber and Raury.

In “Bye,” Smith addresses an ex-lover who has since moved on. “I know you’re sick of falling in love but girl that needs to be us / Out on the beach having fun, the weekend just ain’t enough,” he rhymes. “Missed calls on your phone you’ll probably never see it / Heard you got a new man, wouldn’t wanna be him.”
