Jack Harlow has shared a video for his song “Route 66,” featuring EST Gee.
In the clip, the rappers head to Harlow’s hometown of Louisville, Kentucky, where they drive through the city with the top down and hang out with their crew. “Bitch I’m from Kentucky but this ain’t no fuckin’ Dixie Chicks / This is not Route 66 / Just left out the city, it was hot, hot, hot / Think they fuckin’ with me but they not, not, not,” Harlow spits.
“Route 66” appeared on Harlow’s debut album, That’s What They All Say, which was released in December. The record featured collaborations with Lil Baby, Chris Brown, Big Sean, Adam Levine, Bryson Tiller and Static Major. It also included the single “Tyler Herro” and his breakout hit “What’s Poppin.”
“I think my mission was to prove that I couldn’t really be pigeonholed and put in a box,” Harlow told HipHopDX about the album. “That’s why you get such a range and depth to the styles and production because I wanted to show people I wasn’t just my one hit record.”
