Internet Money has shared a new single with Don Toliver, Lil Uzi Vert and Gunna called “His & Hers.”
The single features similar atmospheric, melodic production from the collective’s Nick Mira, Taz Taylor, Cxdy, Pharaoh Vice and Alec Wigdahl, with cheeky verses from the three rap stars.
“We roll up, we roll up sticky / The other bitches, they be shifty / I pay for my shit, ain’t shit free / Take some time / I know how I get when I make that mine / Shawty, I break that spine,” Toliver rhymes.
Speaking with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, Taylor explained that “His & Hers” was created as a sequel of sorts to 2020 single “Lemonade,” also featuring Toliver and Gunna.
“I actually started this record right after we dropped ‘Lemonade’ because I seen the numbers,” he said. “’Lemonade’ was the first one where I was like, man, this is doing like two million streams a day. This is crazy. So, at that point I was like all right, well, they want me to go make the biggest records.”
“His & Hers” also arrives as Internet Money continue work on their next full-length project, reportedly called If You Know You Know. Fans believe the new single will be included on the album, as well as “Lemonade” and “Jetski”—the group’s collab with Lil Mosey and Lil Tecca. The album will be the follow-up to the collective’s 2020 LP B4 the Storm.
“His & Hers” has also gotten a Lyrical Lemonade video directed by Cole Bennett, featuring throwback Windows XP aesthetics and scenes in the woods and the moon. Watch it here:
