Higher Brothers party in the sky for “16 Hours” MV

The Chengdu rappers also promise a new album next year.

Chinese trap group Higher Brothers have dropped a new song, “16 Hours,” and an air travel-themed music video to go with it.

“16 Hours” is named, presumably, after the duration of a China-US flight, and is chock-full of swaggering raps in both English and Mandarin about their wealth and success so far. “Oh, don’t tell my mom, I bought her a car,” they rap. “Gotta whole lot of guap, I can’t get enough.”

In the video description, the Chengdu rappers promise a “new album coming soon 2019.” In the meantime, check out the “16 Hours” clip below:
