Seven years after they linked up on “Scottie Pippen,” the triple threat that is Curren$y, Freddie Gibbs and The Alchemist have re-connected—but this time for a full joint project, Fetti.
The nine-track release was initially announced at the start of 2017, but was temporarily shelved while the trio all worked on other music. The ball started rolling again in September, when both rappers started to post updates on Fetti to social media. According to Gibbs, they wrapped work on the project in just two days.
It’s only been about a day since Fetti dropped, but fan response has already been rapturous. Stream the project below:
