Haviah Mighty takes center stage on “Blame”

It arrives ahead of her forthcoming album, ‘13th Floor.’

Haviah Mighty is prepping us for her forthcoming album, 13th Floor, with a new music video for “Blame.”

On the new single (which she produced with her brother, Mighty Prynce), the Toronto rapper flexes her aggressive flow, firing off braggadocious bars like “Know that I’m flying fast like kamikaze / My throat that throttle, gone in a Maserati / I bang my song for Muhammad Ali / Stand tall yet small like Mahatma Gandhi.” She transitions gracefully into vibey singing on the outro, demonstrating her versatility to silence any doubters.

“Blame” is the latest in a stream of singles Mighty has been dropping this year, including “In Women Colour,” “Waves” and “Wishy Washy.” 13th Floor is the follow-up to her debut 2017 EP, Flower City.
