GoldLink returns with new single, “White Walls”

Taken off his newly announced sophomore album, 'HARAM!.'

GoldLink has made his return with a chaotic new single called “White Walls.”

The Rio-produced track, which arrived with a visualizer, is the lead single off his newly announced second album, HARAM!. In a statement, GoldLink described “White Walls” as a “destructive” single, adding, “It’s ‘wrong.’ It sounds crazy [and] it’s a pop song. Play it loud!”

The Washington, DC native raps haphazardly over the track’s fuzzy beat and drops with lines like, “I don’t show up but give me a check / And I do my best, yeah, yeah.”

“I’m your leader, so shed no tears / I’m a cult leader, culture leader,” he adds.

HARAM!, GoldLink’s sophomore album, will be the official follow-up to his 2019 album, Diaspora. His new LP, due out June 19, is also set to feature NLE Choppa, Lil Wayne, Flo Milli, Rich the Kid, Bibi Bourelly, Jesse Boykins III, Fire!, Santigold, Rizloski and more.

Earlier this year, GoldLink also teamed up with Shakka for their collaboration, “Solo.”
