Giggs releases new album, ‘Big Bad…’

“I’ve never had so much fun bringin’ an album out,” says the South London rapper.

Big news from out of the UK: Giggs has released a new record, Big Bad… It features compatriots such as Ghetts, Labrinth and Wretch 32, alongside guests from across the pond like Lil Yachty and Jadakiss.

The South London rapper’s last studio album, Landlord, came out in 2016, though he dropped a mixtape in 2017 after two song-stealing appearances on Drake’s More Life, which was released that same year.

“I’ve never had so much fun bringin’ an album out,” Giggs wrote on Instagram last Friday. “The whole thing has just been so much fun and jokes, from creating the music, to doing these superhero trailers, to just being so excited for you all to hear it… This is all music should be about, expressing yourself and having fun. Everything else is BULLSHIT.”

The “superhero trailer” in question refers to the video for lead single “187,” which features a super-sized Giggs taking fire from the British military in the middle of London. Check it out here:
