Erica Banks has shared a new version of her 2020 single, “Toot That” now featuring DreamDoll.
The track, which builds on a sample of Huey’s 2006 hit “Pop, Lock & Drop it,” initially featured fellow Texan BeatKing and appeared on Banks’ self-titled mixtape.
Banks and Dream go toe-to-toe with lusty bars on the remix while co-running a consulting company in the accompanying music video. BeatKing, who plays a mail carrier, arrives at the end of the clip to wrap up the SGT J-produced track.
“I told him get back, back up ’less you got them racks up / Ain’t no competition, tell them other bitches catch up / Throw it in rotation, make that n***a get up on it, bitch / Do it like you nasty, do it like you own it, bitch,” Banks spits.
The Dallas rapper reached viral fame last year with the release of her smash-hit, “Buss it,” which also samples a 2000s rap favorite: Nelly’s “Hot in Herre.” It later received a remix treatment from Travis Scott. Banks followed up the successful single with her Erica Banks mixtape and returned earlier this year with “Flow Queen,” “Bossy Part II” and “Anytime.”
