Drake drops trailer for ‘Scorpion’

We’re counting down to June 29.

Follow Drake as he goes about his daily routine in the trailer for his forthcoming album, Scorpions.

Posted on Instagram, the clip takes a peek into Drizzy’s life as it follows the rapper around his LA mansion while he gets ready to leave for the studio. In the cut, we also see the OVO founder stepping into a recording booth, ready to spit some fire rhymes. As identified by Pitchfork, the video features Moderat’s “The Mark” as its soundtrack.

It’s only a couple days left before Scorpion drops and Drake has been busy ramping up the album promos. The most recent are his mysterious billboard ads that have been popping up around Toronto, featuring messages like, “A Side, B Side,” “Is there more” and “Don’t hit me when you hear this.” It looks like we’re gonna have to wait and see what he means when the album drops in full this Friday.
