Doja Cat has released a new music video for “Like That” from her album Hot Pink.
The spacey, futuristic visual adorns scenes of Doja dancing and rapping with pulsing cartoon hearts, anime sparkles and illustrated planets. Featured guest Gucci Mane pops in midway, too, to rap his verse on a luxury car.
This video comes shortly after Doja dropped her “Unisex Freestyle,” and months after the rapper’s last clip for her viral hit “Say So,” which also received a remix by Nicki Minaj. That track also appeared on Hot Pink alongside “Cyber Sex,” “Rules” and “Bottom Bitch.”
In May, Doja addressed claims that she had participated in racist chatrooms, saying that though she had “used public chat rooms to socialize since I was a child,” she “personally have never been involved” in any racist conversations. She also apologized for a 2015 song of hers titled “Dindu Nuffin” after an anti-Black trope. “I made an attempt to flip its meaning, but recognize that it was a bad decision to use that term in my music,” she said.
