DJ Scheme, Joey Bada$$ drop “Trust Nobody” MV

A cut from Scheme’s 2020 LP, ‘Family.’

DJ Scheme and Joey Bada$$ have shared a video for their 2020 collaboration, “Trust Nobody (2 My Brothers).”

On the track, Joey explores his trust issues and opines about his struggles with mental health. To emphasize on Joey’s somber bars, directors Levi Turner and Waqas Ghani opted for a grainy filter and powerful shots of the rapper and producer driving through the city.

“Tell me, who can I trust if I don’t trust myself? / Fallin’ victim to lust and needed someone else / I run away from my problems knowin’ I need some help / Been fuckin’ with these drugs, fuckin’ with my mental health,” Joey spits.

The moody track appeared on DJ Scheme’s 2020 debut album Family, which received a deluxe version earlier this year. The expanded edition features the likes of Juice WRLD, Ski Mask the Slump God, Lil Yachty, Ty Dolla $ign and more.
