Dave B releases new ‘Vista’ EP

A new project from the Seattle rapper.

Seattle rapper Dave B has returned with his new EP, Vista.

The offering contains six tracks, with a lone guest appearance from Rexx Life Raj on the summery “Ego Trip.” The project also includes “Cocktail” and “All Falls Down,” two singles that Dave dropped earlier this year.

On Instagram, the rapper described Vista as an “EP by myself and the homies. Made with much love and care, for you.”

“Happy to be sharing this with you and forever grateful for the journey that brought us here,” he wrote in another post.

Dave B released his most recent studio album, Delicate, in 2020. The record housed his powerful protest anthem, “Worthy,” which was released amid anti-police brutality demonstrations last year. The song also arrived with a music video, its proceeds going towards the non-profit organisations Acts On Stage, WA Black Trans Task Force and Black Trans Travel Fund.

This weekend, Dave will follow up his EP’s release with a live performance at Seattle’s Neptune Theatre. Stream his new project, Vista, below:
