DaBaby goes on a cleaning spree in “Jump” video

His latest YoungBoy Never Broke Again collab gets the visual treatment.

DaBaby has released a timely video for “Jump,” his recent collaboration with YoungBoy Never Broke Again.

The Reel Goats-directed clip is a humorous take on self-isolation during the COVID-19 pandemic. It opens with a news reporter waiting outside DaBaby’s house when the rapper suddenly appears and starts spraying him with disinfectant. “I wanted to ask you how are you staying clean and socially relevant during this time of crisis,” the reporter asks before DaBaby pours water all over him and rushes back into his house.

Inside the rapper’s mansion, DaBaby and YoungBoy don N95 masks and hazmat suits as they go on a manic cleaning spree with their crew. “I make it jump like, like crack in the ’80s / Baby, these bitch ass n***as ain’t crazy / Broke ass, ASCAP go straight to my baby,” YoungBoy spits on the chorus.

“Jump” appears on DaBaby’s recently released third album, Blame it on Baby. The star-studded record was teased early last week before it dropped on Friday. It includes collaborations with Roddy Ricch, Future, Megan Thee Stallion and Quavo, among others.
