CupcakKe goes on the offensive on new single, “Ayesha”

The latest in a string of loosies from the Chicago rapper.

CupcakKe has dropped off a vicious new single, “Ayesha.” The song is titled after Food Network hostess Ayesha Curry, the wife of NBA superstar Steph Curry.

On the biting track, CupcakKe delivers quick-witted bars that take aim at the television personality. “I rock Versace robe with the low cuts / I really wonder why they gas you hoes up? / Yeah you rocking all that Fashion Nova / But in reality, you look like fashion no bruh,” she spits.

The track comes on the heels of a recent controversy involving the celebrity cook. In a May episode of Facebook’s Red Table Talk, the hostess commented on the amount of attention she receives—or lack thereof—in comparison to her husband, which whipped social media into a frenzy, according to Buzzfeed.

“Ayesha” is the latest in a string of singles from CupcakKe following “Squidward Nose,” “Bird Box,” and “Old Town Hoe,” a remix of Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road.” Her last LP was Eden, which dropped last November.
