Chance the Rapper has been teasing the follow-up to 2016’s Coloring Book for what seems like forever now. But last Friday, the Chicagoan finally gave fans a glimpse of what’s to come.

The rapper previewed a new track on social media with a heartfelt video montage that looks back at his marriage proposal to his wife, Kirsten Corley, last summer. “Oh my God, think it’s the greatest day of my life / So glad you arrived / But the only way to survive is to go crazy,” he sings softly over a laid-back melody. The brief clip ends with shots of fireworks in the sky and the words, “It’s July TBD.” An actual release date for the project is still in the works.

In May, Chano dropped a new song, “Groceries,” with TisaKorean. However, it’s not yet confirmed if it will appear on the rapper’s upcoming album (or ‘owbum,’ as the rapper calls it). He previously jumped on YBN Cordae’s “Bad Idea” and linked up with Lil Yachty for “Atlanta House Freestyle.”
