Chance the Rapper enlists Megan Thee Stallion for ‘SNL’ performance

He performed cuts from ‘The Big Day.’

Chance the Rapper recently appeared on Saturday Night Live to perform two songs from his debut album The Big Day: “Zanies and Fools” and “Handsome,” featuring Megan Thee Stallion.

Chano, who was also the episode’s guest host, kicked things off with “Zanies and Fools,” which opened with a pre-recorded animated video. The rapper then took to the stage in a neon pink shirt to perform the uplifting song, which on the studio recording features Nicki Minaj.

The Chicago rapper returned later in the night for an exceptional rendition of “Handsome,” this time introduced by Aquaman actor Jason Momoa. Halfway through the performance, Chance brought out Megan Thee Stallion to drop her red-hot guest verse, marking her debut appearance on the iconic comedy show.

“OMG, I absolutely cannot believe I was on Saturday Night Live tonight,” Megan wrote on Instagram after the performance. “I wanna cry. Thank you so much @chancetherapper for having me perform with you, tonight was everything.”

Chance released The Big Day earlier this year. Meanwhile, Megan and the singer Vickeelo recently contributed “Ride or Die” to the soundtrack of the forthcoming film Queen & Slim.
