Cardi B releases music video for “Be Careful”

    First she's a bride, then she's a widow.

    Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned—especially if that woman is Cardi B. The rap superstar has just debuted the visual for her latest single, “Be Careful,” and it follows the literal life and death of a relationship. Well, one half of it anyway.

    As the attitude-heavy track kicks off, we see Cardi entering a church looking like a vision in white. It’s her wedding day, but she’s already got her doubts. “Man, I thought you would’ve learned your lesson / About likin’ pictures, not returning texts,” she spits in that unmistakable flow as her dapper-looking groom joins her.

    “Be careful with me,” Cardi warns on the song’s hook, and at the halfway point it’s easy to see why. Now dressed in black, the hip hop siren’s attending a funeral—and it’s her husband’s.

    With rhymes like “I want you to live your life, of course / But I hope you get what you dyin’ for,” it looks like he had it coming. Check it out below:
