Bladee releases new album, ‘Exeter’

Featuring fellow Drain Gang member Ecco2k.

Swedish rapper Bladee has released a new album, Exeter.

The nine-song project comes up to 18 minutes’ runtime, making it the shortest Bladee album yet. It comes two years after his last album, Red Light. Last year, he also contributed to Trash Island, a joint album with fellow Drain gang members Thaiboy Digital and Ecco2k.

Full of hazy textures, wispy vocals and minimal beats, Exeter was executive produced by Gud, who is also a member of Yung Lean’s Sad Boys collective. Two tracks on the project—“Wonderland” and “Lovestory”—feature Ecco2k.

Bladee is due to tour Europe in October, kicking the 11-day jaunt off in Krakow, Poland and wrapping up in London.
